Websites vs Systems
3 answers- What's the difference between a Ssseven Website and a Ssseven System?
- A Website is built for credibility — a clean, professional online presence with a lead enquiry form. A System is built for client acquisition — everything in a Website, plus lead funnels, automated follow-ups, booking and routing, and a lead tracking dashboard. Websites help you look legitimate. Systems bring in business.
- Which one should I pick?
- If most of your business comes from referrals, walk-ins, or offline sales and you just need to look credible online, pick a Website. If you want consistent, predictable client acquisition online — leads coming in automatically — pick a System.
- Can I start with a Website and upgrade to a System later?
- Yes, and the website isn't a sunk cost. Upgrade within 12 months of your website's launch and 100% of the build price credits toward the System setup fee, with any remainder applied to your first management quarter.
Pricing
9 answers- What does a Ssseven Website cost?
- Our website tiers: Ssseven Digital Presence at $1,000, Ssseven Business Presence at $1,300, and Ssseven Authority Presence at $1,600. That's a one-time build price — 50% deposit to start, 50% at launch — and every website launches with a Care Plan attached, billed quarterly.
- What does a Ssseven System cost?
- Systems are priced as managed infrastructure: a setup fee plus monthly Management. Ssseven Foundation System ($1,500 setup + $300/mo), Ssseven Growth System ($2,000 setup + $400/mo), and Ssseven Scale System ($2,500 setup + $500/mo). Counting the setup fee and the first quarter of management billed in advance, launching starts at $2,400. Systems carry a 12-month minimum.
- What does a Ssseven Care Plan cost?
- Website Care Plans: Keep It Live $75/mo, Keep It Fresh $150/mo, Priority Care $250/mo — billed quarterly, first month free on a new build. System clients don't buy a Care Plan: Management is inside the tier (Foundation Management $300/mo, Growth Management $400/mo, Scale Management $500/mo) and already contains the whole care layer.
- Why is a Care Plan mandatory?
- Every Ssseven website runs on Ssseven infrastructure — we host it, monitor it, secure it, and improve it over time. The Care Plan is what keeps your project live, supported, and getting better instead of slowly decaying. A website cannot be launched without one, and cancelling it ends our obligation to host, monitor, or maintain the build. If you'd rather hold your own accounts from day one, the Ownership Setup below is the alternative.
- What's the 12-month minimum on Systems?
- Management runs for at least twelve months from launch, billed quarterly in advance. After the minimum it becomes quarterly rolling and either side can end it with 30 days' notice. Management isn't an upsell — it's how the system stays alive — so it's a condition of every System and there are no free months on it. The reduced setup fee is the concession instead.
- Do you take online payments in the Bahamas?
- It's bank-gated, so we quote it only once your bank confirms. Online payments need your bank to grant merchant gateway access (FAC or PowerTranz), or a US entity. Once that's confirmed we scope it per build. It's available on any System and requires active Management for as long as payments are live — a compliance and uptime condition we can't waive.
- How does sale pricing work?
- When a sale is active, the discounted one-time and Care Plan prices shown on the site apply to inquiries submitted during the sale. The discount is captured against your inquiry at submission time and honored on the resulting quote, provided your deposit is paid within the timeframe stated on the quote. When the sale ends, all prices automatically revert to standard published rates — discounts don't carry forward to future projects, additional scopes, or Care Plan tier changes made after the sale ends.
- What's the payment structure?
- Websites: 50% non-refundable deposit to begin, the remaining 50% before you go live, then a Care Plan billed quarterly in advance — with the first month free on your first-ever Ssseven build. Systems: the setup fee is due at signing, and Management begins at launch, billed quarterly in advance, with a 12-month minimum and no free months. Payments are made via bank transfer.
- Are maintenance and updates included?
- Yes, up to the edit allowance on your plan — 1 request a month on Keep It Live, 3 on Keep It Fresh, 5 on Priority Care with 48-hour turnaround. Management tiers include the same layer plus system operations. Larger requests — new pages, redesigns, new automations — are quoted separately based on scope.
Ownership & Migration
5 answers- Who owns and controls my website?
- Website clients own their build; we maintain it under a Care Plan. Systems are different by design — they're managed infrastructure we operate on our stack, because that's what keeps the automations running. Either way you retain ownership of your content, branding, and every lead the build generates.
- Can I hold my own accounts from day one?
- Yes, on a website build. The one-time $300 Ownership Setup replaces the Care Plan: every account — hosting, domain, and related services — is created in your name, you get one free support month after launch, and maintenance is per-request after that. You take on hosting, security, backups, and upkeep from handover, which is why a Care Plan is still our default recommendation.
- Can I take an already-launched build off Ssseven infrastructure?
- Yes, through an Ownership Migration. It's scoped per case rather than flat-priced, because a website and a full system aren't comparable transfers: a website is the frontend and its database plus handoff support, while a system also means rebuilding automation workflows, lead routing, email infrastructure, dashboards, and integrations on accounts you hold. For Systems it's available after the 12-month minimum.
- What happens after a migration?
- You have full control of the build on your own accounts. It's no longer covered by a Care Plan or Management, and Ssseven is no longer responsible for hosting, maintenance, or any retained infrastructure unless you re-contract us.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Websites: you own the build, and ending Care simply ends our obligation to host, monitor, and maintain it — the site may go offline unless you migrate it. Systems: after the 12-month minimum and 30 days' notice, the system is decommissioned unless you take a paid Ownership Migration. Your data and leads are yours either way and we'll export them on request.
Process & Revisions
3 answers- What's the process like?
- Pick your tier, fill out the inquiry form, and we schedule a consultation to discuss your project and provide a quote. After the deposit or setup fee, we have a setup meeting and build your project. We review together, make revisions within your cycle, then you settle the balance and we launch. It follows a 12-step process from Inquiry through Ongoing Growth.
- How many revisions do I get?
- Each Website tier (Digital Presence, Business Presence, Authority Presence) includes 1 revision cycle. Foundation and Growth Systems each include 2 revision cycles. Scale System includes 3. Additional revisions are quoted separately — there's no unlimited option.
- How long does it take?
- Websites run 5–7, 7–10, or 10–14 days by tier; Systems run 14, 21, or 30+ days, with Scale scoped per project. Every window starts at content receipt, not at signing — the clock begins once we have what we need from you. Client delays or missing content extend delivery accordingly.
Technical Questions
3 answers- Will my website be mobile-friendly?
- Yes. Every Ssseven build is fully mobile-responsive and optimized for phones, tablets, and desktops.
- What's included in the lead system?
- Every Ssseven build includes a lead enquiry form. Systems add a database that stores every inquiry, lead categorization (Growth and Scale), and a full admin dashboard with source, service interest, and timestamp tracking (Scale).
- What's included in the email automation?
- All Systems send automatic notifications to you when a lead comes in, plus a confirmation email to the customer. Growth System adds a branded response structure. Scale System adds automated follow-up sequences.
Common Scenarios
3 answers- What if I already have a website?
- We can build your new Ssseven Website or System alongside — or as a replacement for — your existing site. Just let us know in the inquiry form.
- What if I don't have images or content ready?
- No problem. We'll provide guidance on content structure and can suggest stock images. The setup meeting will help us figure out exactly what you need.
- Do you work with clients outside the Bahamas?
- Yes. We serve clients worldwide. All meetings are virtual, and our process works seamlessly regardless of location.
