Services Provided
Ssseven Technologies offers two distinct product lines. Ssseven Websites — Digital Presence, Business Presence, and Authority Presence — are productized website builds: an asset the client owns, which Ssseven builds and then maintains under a Care Plan. Ssseven Systems — Foundation, Growth, and Scale — are managed client-acquisition infrastructure: Ssseven builds the system, then operates it, including the full public-facing website build. No existing website is required to start a System; where a client already has one, the System replaces it and runs on Ssseven's stack rather than being bolted onto a third-party build.
02
Pricing & Sale Pricing
Published prices are the standard rates and apply unless an active sale is in effect at the time of submission. Website prices are one-time build prices. System prices consist of a setup fee plus a monthly Management fee; where a single "cost to launch" figure is shown, it is the setup fee plus the first quarter of Management billed in advance, and it is derived from those two figures rather than being a separate price. Current System pricing is Ssseven Foundation System ($1,500 setup + $300/mo), Ssseven Growth System ($2,000 setup + $400/mo), and Ssseven Scale System ($2,500 setup + $500/mo). Care Plan and Management prices are shown as a monthly anchor for reference but are billed quarterly. When a sale is active, the discounted rates shown on the site apply to inquiries submitted during that sale; the discount is captured against your inquiry at submission time and honored on the resulting quote, even if the sale ends before payment, provided the deposit is paid within the timeframe stated on your quote. When a sale ends, all prices revert to the standard published rates — discounts do not carry forward to future projects, additional scopes, or tier changes made after the sale ends. Prices are quoted in USD. Bank fees, currency conversion costs, and any third-party platform subscriptions are the client's responsibility.
03
Payment Terms — Websites
Websites require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work. The remaining 50% must be paid in full before the website goes live; no website is published without full payment. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Care Plan billing is quarterly (every three months), paid in advance. On a client's first-ever Ssseven website build, the first month of Care is free: billing begins one month after the build goes live, and the first quarterly charge then covers the following three-month term. Quarterly Care terms are non-refundable, and the first-month-free applies only to a client's first Ssseven build. Payments are made via bank transfer — details are provided upon project confirmation.
04
Payment Terms — Systems
The setup fee is due in full at signing. Monthly Management begins at launch and is billed quarterly in advance. Systems carry a 12-month minimum term from launch; after the minimum, Management continues on a quarterly rolling basis and either party may end it with 30 days' written notice. Management is a condition of every System — it is how the system stays alive — and cannot be declined, paused, or separated from the build. There are no free months on Systems: the reduced setup fee is the concession that replaces them. Quarterly Management terms are non-refundable.
05
Deposits
Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable once work begins. They secure your project slot and initiate the design and development process.
06
Revisions
Revision limits apply per build. Website tiers (Digital Presence, Business Presence, Authority Presence) each include 1 revision cycle. Foundation System includes 2 revision cycles, Growth System includes 2, and Scale System includes 3. Additional revisions beyond what is included will be billed at an agreed rate. There is no unlimited-revision option.
07
Project Timelines
Published delivery windows — 5–7, 7–10, and 10–14 days for Website tiers; 14, 21, and 30+ days for System tiers — start at content receipt, not at signing. The clock begins once Ssseven has the content and access it needs from you, and each project follows the 12-step delivery process (Inquiry → Discovery → Proposal & Deposit → Onboarding → Content → Strategy → Design → Development → QA → Approval & Balance → Launch → Ongoing Growth). These windows are typical averages based on past builds, not guaranteed dates. Client delays, late content, or slow responses extend delivery accordingly. The Scale System window is scoped per project.
08
Ssseven Care Plan (Mandatory on Websites)
Every Ssseven website launches with an active Care Plan, billed quarterly (every three months) and paid in advance. A website cannot be launched without one, and cannot remain on Ssseven infrastructure without one. Allowing the Care Plan to lapse — by non-payment or otherwise — ends Ssseven's obligation to host, monitor, maintain, or operate the build, and Ssseven may take it offline. Website Care Plans are: Keep It Live ($75/mo), Keep It Fresh ($150/mo), and Priority Care ($250/mo). Former add-on services are included within the plans rather than sold separately. Your tier is set at project start and may be adjusted if scope materially changes. Domain registration fees and third-party platform subscriptions are billed separately by their providers and are not included. Clients who would rather hold their own accounts may take the $300 Ownership Setup instead, described below.
09
System Management (Mandatory on Systems)
Every System includes a Management tier matched to it; it is not separately selectable and a System client does not purchase a Care Plan. Management contains everything in the website Care Plans — hosting, domain management, Google SEO setup, Google Business Profile, analytics reporting — plus the system operations layer: infrastructure, monitoring, automation upkeep, fixes, reporting, and (on higher tiers) funnel optimization, dashboard upkeep, and quarterly strategy review. Management tiers are: Foundation Management ($300/mo), Growth Management ($400/mo), and Scale Management ($500/mo). Management runs for a 12-month minimum from launch and is a condition of the System for as long as the System is live.
10
Cancellation & Decommissioning
Websites: you own the build. Ending your Care Plan ends Ssseven's obligation to host, monitor, and maintain it, and the build may be taken offline; you may instead request an Ownership Migration to move it to accounts you hold. Systems: after the 12-month minimum and 30 days' written notice, the System is decommissioned — Ssseven ceases operating the infrastructure and automations — unless you take a paid Ownership Migration. Ending Management before the minimum does not release the remaining committed term. Client data and leads generated remain the client's property and are provided in an exportable format on request.
11
The Upgrade Path (Websites → Systems)
A website client may upgrade to a System within 12 months of their website's launch. On upgrade, 100% of the website build price paid is credited toward the System setup fee, with any remainder applied to the first quarter of Management. The credit applies once, to the client's own build, within the 12-month window, and is not redeemable for cash or transferable. Care Plan fees already paid are not credited — the credit is on the build price only.
12
Add-On — Online Payments
Online payment processing is bank-gated and quoted per build. It requires the client's bank to confirm merchant gateway access (FAC or PowerTranz) or a US entity; Ssseven quotes the work only after that confirmation, and cannot guarantee approval, which is the bank's decision alone. Online payments are available on any System and require active Management for as long as payment processing remains live — this is a compliance and uptime condition and is not waivable. Gateway, processing, and bank fees are charged by the provider and are not included in Ssseven's fees.
13
Ownership Setup (Websites — $300)
Website clients who prefer to hold their own keys may take the one-time $300 Ownership Setup at build time in place of a Care Plan. Every account — hosting, domain, and related services — is created in the client's name, giving them full ownership and control from launch. It includes one free support month after launch; thereafter, maintenance is per-request and separately quoted. The client assumes responsibility for hosting, security, backups, uptime, and upkeep from the point of handover. Ownership Setup is available on Website builds only and is recommended primarily for non-payment builds; a Care Plan is the default recommendation. Pricing is fixed at $300 regardless of any active sale.
14
Ownership Migration (Scoped)
Ownership Migration is the transfer of an already-launched build from Ssseven-held accounts to client-held accounts. It is quoted per case based on what actually has to be moved and rebuilt, because a website and a full system are not comparable transfers: a website migration covers the frontend and its database plus basic handoff support, whereas a system additionally involves automation workflows, lead routing, email infrastructure, dashboards, and integrations, each of which must be rebuilt on accounts the client holds. For Systems, Ownership Migration is available only after the 12-month minimum term. After migration completes, the build is no longer covered by any Care Plan or Management, and Ssseven is not responsible for hosting, maintenance, or retained infrastructure unless re-contracted.
15
Scope Changes & Maintenance
Scope changes are quoted, never absorbed. Work beyond the tier's defined scope and included revisions — additional pages, redesigns, new automations or integrations, extra operational modules, and payment gateway work — is reviewed and quoted separately, with payment required before work begins. Tier prices do not inflate to absorb custom scope; the add-on list absorbs the variance instead. Ssseven does not perform free work.
16
Default Ownership Structure
Clients retain ownership of their content, branding, and the leads their build generates. Website clients own their build; Ssseven maintains it under a Care Plan unless Ownership Setup was taken at build time. Systems are operated by Ssseven on Ssseven infrastructure: hosting, domain management, automation workflows, email infrastructure, dashboards, and backend systems remain under Ssseven's operation for the life of the engagement unless an Ownership Migration is completed.
17
Limitation of Liability
Ssseven Technologies is not responsible for losses resulting from hosting downtime outside our control, domain expiration, third-party platform or gateway changes, bank or payment-processor decisions, or client-made modifications to the build after delivery or migration.
18
Acceptance
By submitting the inquiry form and completing payment, you agree to these terms of service. The package, Care Plan or Management tier, and any sale pricing applied at submission are recorded against your inquiry and form the basis of your quote.
