Services Provided
Ssseven Technologies builds, hosts, and manages two product lines as a managed service. Ssseven Websites — Digital Presence, Business Presence, and Authority Presence — are productized website builds focused on credibility and conversion. Ssseven Systems — Foundation, Growth, and Scale — are full client-acquisition systems that include a website plus lead capture, storage, routing, automated email notifications and follow-up, and (on higher tiers) admin dashboards and performance tracking. Every project is operated end-to-end by Ssseven on Ssseven infrastructure unless a Website Migration is later requested.

Pricing & Sale Pricing
Published one-time build prices and monthly Care Plan prices are the standard rates and apply unless an active sale is in effect at the time of submission. When a sale is active, the discounted rates shown on the site apply to inquiries submitted during that sale; the discount is captured against your inquiry at submission time and honored on the resulting quote, even if the sale ends before payment, provided the deposit is paid within the timeframe stated on your quote. When a sale ends, all prices automatically revert to the standard published rates — discounts do not carry forward to future projects, additional scopes, or Care Plan tier changes made after the sale ends. Prices are quoted in USD. Bank fees, currency conversion costs, and any third-party platform subscriptions are the client's responsibility.

Payment Terms
All projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work. The remaining 50% must be paid in full before the website goes live. No website will be published without full payment. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Project timelines begin only after the deposit is received. Care Plan billing starts on the day of launch and recurs monthly thereafter. Payments are made via bank transfer — details are provided upon project confirmation.

Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable once work begins. The deposit secures your project slot and initiates the design and development process.

Revisions
Revision limits apply per build. Website tiers (Digital Presence, Business Presence, Authority Presence) each include 1 revision cycle. Foundation System includes 2 revision cycles, Growth System includes 2, and Scale System includes 3. Additional revisions beyond what is included will be billed at an agreed rate.

Project Timelines
All Ssseven Websites are delivered within 5–14 business days after project start. Ssseven Systems may take longer depending on tier and scope. Project timelines begin after the deposit is received and the setup meeting is completed. Client delays, late content, or slow responses will extend delivery timelines accordingly.

Ssseven Care Plan (Mandatory)
Every Ssseven project — Website or System — requires an active Ssseven Care Plan, billed monthly. The Care Plan is mandatory: a project cannot be launched without one, and an existing project cannot remain on Ssseven infrastructure without one. Cancelling the Care Plan ends Ssseven's obligation to host, monitor, maintain, or operate any part of the build. Website Care Plans cover hosting, uptime monitoring, maintenance, and (on higher tiers) ongoing content updates: Keep It Live ($75/mo), Keep It Fresh ($150/mo), and Priority Care ($250/mo). System Care Plans add monthly funnel and automation optimization on top of hosting, monitoring, and security: System Care ($300/mo), Growth Optimization ($400/mo), and Scale Optimization ($500–$1,000/mo). Your Care Plan tier is set at project start based on your build and may be adjusted if scope materially changes (e.g. added funnels, automations, or pages). Domain registration fees and any third-party platform subscriptions are billed separately by their providers and are not included in the Care Plan or the one-time build price.

Maintenance & Updates
Maintenance and updates beyond included revisions — such as content updates, design changes, new sections or pages, and system upgrades — are not included by default. Each request is reviewed and quoted separately based on complexity, and additional payment is required before work begins.

Default Ownership Structure
By default, all Ssseven Websites and Systems are built and hosted under Ssseven infrastructure and maintained within our environment. Clients retain ownership of their content, branding, and the leads their site generates. The underlying infrastructure — hosting, domain management, automation workflows, email infrastructure, dashboards, and backend systems — is operated by Ssseven and remains under Ssseven unless a Website Migration is requested.

Website Migration (Optional — $300 flat)
Clients who want to take their website off Ssseven infrastructure may request a one-time $300 Website Migration. The migration is strictly website-only: it covers the website frontend and the website database, transferred to the client's chosen hosting account, plus basic handoff support. It does NOT include any backend system functionality — automation workflows, lead routing, email infrastructure (transactional sends, follow-up sequences, notifications), admin dashboards, or any other System-tier feature is not migrated under the $300 fee. Clients on a System tier who also want their automation, email, or backend infrastructure rebuilt on their own account must request that as a separate scope, quoted based on the complexity of what they need rebuilt. After the migration is complete, the migrated website is no longer covered by the Care Plan and Ssseven is no longer responsible for hosting, maintenance, or any retained infrastructure unless re-contracted. Migration pricing is fixed at $300 regardless of any active sale.

Limitation of Liability
Ssseven Technologies is not responsible for losses resulting from hosting downtime outside our control, domain expiration, third-party platform changes, or client-made modifications to the website after delivery or migration.

Acceptance
By submitting the inquiry form and completing payment, you agree to these terms of service. The package, Care Plan tier, and any sale pricing applied at submission are recorded against your inquiry and form the basis of your quote.
